The Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" implies that the buyer has the right within two weeks after the purchase to refuse it without explaining the reasons. However, this law applies if the listed TERMS OF THIS GUARANTEE have been met:

Order receipt

When receiving the order at the point of issue, at the branch of the transport company, or during home delivery, it is necessary to check the package for the correctness of the configuration - make sure that the received and ordered model and the tire size are correct.

Warranty features for rubber, in case of defect detection.

The tire warranty is valid if the buyer discovered a factory defect when receiving the order at the warehouse of the transport carrier / delivery point or when balancing the tires at partner stations of our store. If the defect is already detected during operation, then claims are accepted after an independent examination and a positive decision. The examination is carried out by the manufacturer, at the request of the seller. Transportation and examination costs are borne by the buyer. With a positive conclusion, the store exchanges tires or refunds money.

Warranty returns procedure

Within fourteen days after receiving the order, the buyer can issue a return / exchange of tires, provided there are no traces of installation or mechanical damage.

The law of Ukraine specifies two reasons for the return and exchange of goods by the buyer:

the received product does not meet the quality guaranteed by the manufacturer.

the goods do not satisfy the buyer for some other reason.

If the product is returned for any reason other than a factory defect, then the cost of transportation is borne by the buyer.

You can use the return option if:

  • The item is in original condition and has no signs of wear, punctures, or scuffs.
  • When returning, there is a complete set and a whole package.
  • All labels and markings are preserved.
