1. Cash payment
Cash on delivery - payment of the cost of the order at the branch of the transport company that delivers the goods (Nova Post). Delivery of money back is carried out at the expense of the client.
Payment by IBAN details - You can pay for your order through the PrivatBank self-service terminal at a time convenient for you because the terminals work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To do this, you first need to order the product in the online store. After processing the order by the manager, you will be able to pay for your order through the PrivatBank terminal. The order is processed within one working day.
2. Non-cash payment
You can pay for the order through any bank convenient for you. You will receive more detailed information from the manager after placing an order on the website.
Legal entities must send an extract from the unified state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and a certificate of registration as a VAT payer (single tax) to OrderPirelli@gmail.com. Please indicate the order number and contact phone number in the letter.

1. Pickup in Kyiv
Residents and guests of Kyiv can receive their order (if the product is in stock) in our store at the address:

2. Delivery across Ukraine
Delivery is made to "Nova Post" branches, which do not have weight restrictions. The delivery of the shipment is paid by the customer. When paying in cash, the client additionally pays for the return delivery of money.
Please note goods are stored free of charge at Nova Post branches for 7 (seven) calendar days. From the 8th (eighth) day, a storage fee is charged at the carrier's rates.
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays), after which the manager will contact you to clarify the availability of the ordered goods, the address of the transport company's warehouse, and delivery terms. The average delivery time is two to three days.
Delivery is made from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., on Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
It is necessary to inspect the product before receiving it, otherwise no claims regarding the appearance will be considered.
Shipping cost
Goods are delivered across Ukraine to the "Nova Post" branch, which has no weight restrictions. Delivery is paid by the client. When paying by post-payment, the client additionally pays a commission for the delivery of funds back to the supplier.
Estimated cost of delivery by Nova Post:
Passenger tires up to 17 in diameter - 100 hryvnias/piece.
Passenger tires 18-23 in diameter - 120 hryvnias/piece.
The prices are indicated per unit of the product if the declared shipping cost does not exceed UAH 500. Otherwise, a fee of 0.5% of the declared value is payable.
Terms of delivery of tires R21 and above for passenger cars are negotiated separately.
The surcharge for the delivery of passenger tires to villages (in Ukraine) is 25 hryvnias per unit.
